What you will do

• Lead structured discovery engagements to define end-to-end service solutions, SLAs, and governance models.
• Develop and validate service cost models, ensuring financial accuracy and compliance with margin thresholds.
• Produce executive-level proposals and detailed Statements of Work (SOW) with clear contractual definitions.
• Drive the service strategy for complex RFPs/RFIs in partnership with Account Executives.
• Collaborate with OEMs and leadership to develop scalable, repeatable service offerings and XaaS-based services.
• Manage the transition and handover of solutions into service delivery teams.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience within AV, Unified Communications, or technology services environments.
• Proven experience designing managed services solutions and lifecycle support models.
• Strong pre-sales expertise, including solution design and executive-level client discussions.
• Experience contributing to SLA definitions, service frameworks, and RFP/RFI responses.
• Working knowledge of pricing structures and commercial considerations for managed services.
• Must be based in the USA.
