Account Executive - HCM

TL;DR

Account Executive (HCM): Drive new business across HCM portfolio including Rippling, Sage HCM, UKG with an accent on acquiring customers for mid-size organizations facing payroll, HR, and compliance challenges. Focus on owning full sales cycle from prospecting through closing, conducting tailored demos, and negotiating agreements.

Location: Remote (United States)

Salary: $75,000 to $85,000 base + commissions

What you will do

• Own new customer acquisition and achieve revenue targets through outbound prospecting, referrals, and events.
• Build and manage a pipeline of mid-size and larger businesses via discovery conversations on workforce challenges.
• Position HCM solutions like Rippling, Sage HCM, UKG through tailored demos, proposals, and negotiations.
• Build relationships with HR decision-makers and collaborate with internal teams for deal progression.
• Maintain pipeline tracking and forecasting using Dynamics 365 or similar CRM tools.

Requirements

• 2+ years selling HCM, payroll, HRIS, or workforce management solutions
• Experience selling to mid-size and larger organizations in hunter sales roles.
• Comfort with complex solutions involving payroll, HR, and compliance.
• Strong engagement with HR, finance, and executive decision-makers.
• Familiarity with Dynamics 365 or comparable CRM platforms.
• Ability to manage full sales cycle in target-driven environment.
