Partner Account Manager (Cloud Communications): Actively pursue revenue objectives by selling cloud services through channel partners to small/medium businesses with an accent on pre-sales, post-sales account management, and partner enablement. Focus on prospecting new opportunities, conducting sales presentations, building territory plans, and ensuring partner and customer success across the sales cycle.
Location: Fully remote in the United States
Salary: OTE $115,000 - $150,000

What you will do
- Pursue revenue objectives by selling services through channel partners to SMBs
- Represent from pre-sales to post-sales account management
- Prospect for new business and sales opportunities in the partner channel
- Conduct sales presentations on voice and data solutions
- Meet or exceed monthly sales objectives
- Provide high-standard customer service and collaborate with internal teams
- Build territory plans and support partners in business development, planning, marketing, and sales enablement
Requirements
- 2-3+ years in channel sales, outside sales, and/or account management
- Demonstrated track record in sales, partner-led sales, or executive relationship building
- Strong grasp of solution and value-based selling, preferably in enterprise business applications
- Superior oral/written communication and listening skills
- Strong teamwork skills for a matrixed environment
- Willing to travel
