Location: Remote - U.S. (fully remote with up to 25% travel for partner meetings, events, and field engagements)
Salary: $70,000 - $105,000 USD base (OTE $100,000 - $150,000 USD)

What you will do
- Build and execute co-sell playbooks with priority tech partners, fostering collaboration with AEs and partner sales teams.
- Drive sourced and influenced revenue through proactive outreach, joint positioning, partner introductions, and deal acceleration.
- Act as GTM bridge across Sales, Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, Marketing, and Product teams.
- Represent at partner events and conferences to generate opportunities.
- Operationalize alliances with regular syncs, QBRs, and joint business planning for key partners like Salesforce, Google, Twilio.
- Enable partners and teams with training, joint assets, and integration knowledge; expand ecosystem by onboarding new partners.
Requirements
- 7–10 years in technology partnerships, business development, or channel sales in SaaS/MarTech
- Track record of generating partner-sourced pipeline and influenced revenue in quota-bearing roles
- Existing network with MarTech vendors (CDPs, Marketing Clouds, cloud platforms, engagement ISVs)
- Strong commercial acumen to link activities to pipeline/revenue impact
- Ability to articulate integration use cases, APIs, and data flows
- Cross-functional experience with Sales, Product, Marketing in SaaS
- Excellent communication and stakeholder influence skills
- Experience or eagerness with AI tools
Nice to have
- Deep knowledge of customer engagement, mobile/digital marketing
- Experience at high-growth SaaS ($50M–$300M revenue)
- Familiarity with partner intelligence/CRM tools (Crossbeam, Salesforce)
