TL;DR

Location: Remote (Must be based in the United Kingdom or Republic of Ireland)

Salary: £72,000 – £90,000

What you will do

  • Partner directly with GTM management and leadership teams as a trusted advisor.
  • Identify gaps in current processes and policies to create sustainable and scalable people operations.
  • Support and coach new and experienced people managers to ensure a consistent approach to management.
  • Execute annual processes for talent, performance, workforce management, and compensation analysis.
  • Act as the GTM functional expert for the broader People Team on all strategic initiatives.

Requirements

  • Proven experience partnering with GTM management teams.
  • Ability to balance high-level strategic planning with tactical day-to-day support.
  • Strong process orientation and skill in creating structure within ambiguous environments.
  • Experience handling complex and sensitive employee issues with strict confidentiality.
  • Must be based in the UK or Republic of Ireland.

  • Experience working in high-growth, scaling environments.
  • Experience coordinating with international teams in a fully remote setting.
