What you will do

• Lead digital growth programs across paid media, organic search, and key conversion paths.
• Directly manage paid media agencies for search, paid social, display, and video.
• Guide channel investment, budget allocation, and performance priorities.
• Collaborate with product marketing, sales, and web teams to align digital execution with GTM motions.
• Optimize digital conversion journeys, including audience strategy, messaging, and landing pages.
• Strengthen measurement frameworks, attribution, and lead quality visibility.

Requirements

• Significant experience in digital or growth marketing, specifically within B2B SaaS or high-growth tech.
• Deep expertise in paid social, paid search, display, and video acquisition channels.
• Proven track record of managing paid media agencies and maintaining budget discipline.
• Strong analytical skills to translate performance data into actionable insights.
• AI Literacy: Ability to integrate LLMs into daily workflows for productivity and creative iteration.
• Location: Must be based in or able to work from the Mountain View, CA office.
