TL;DR

Strategy & Operations Lead (B2B Marketing): Shape the operating system for hirify.global's high-priority B2B marketing function with an accent on resource planning, priority-setting, and scaling processes. Focus on designing metrics and reporting, managing budgets and headcount, and driving execution for complex initiatives across campaigns, events, and GTM motions.

Location: Hybrid in San Francisco, CA (3 days/week in office). Relocation assistance offered. Occasional travel required.

Salary: $302K–$335K USD + equity

What you will do

  • Own integrated resource planning for budgets, headcount, and hiring priorities with investment recommendations.
  • Design and improve B2B Marketing operating system including priority-setting, business reviews, project tracking, and executive communications.
  • Define metrics, reporting cadences, and leadership narratives tracking progress against business goals.
  • Provide strategic surge capacity for new initiatives, defining plans and program-managing from 0 to 1.
  • Identify operational gaps and build systems for clarity, accountability, and decision-making as the team scales.

Requirements

  • 14+ years in strategy, business operations, strategic finance, consulting, marketing operations, or marketing in fast-moving tech.
  • Experience with B2B marketing and GTM including campaigns, events, customer storytelling, launches, lifecycle programs, and sales partnership.
  • Strong analytical skills for budgets, forecasts, headcount plans, operating metrics, and executive reporting.
  • Clear communication synthesizing complex inputs for senior audiences.
  • Ability to identify high-leverage problems, align stakeholders, and drive from ambiguity to durable systems.
  • Cross-functional instincts to influence without formal authority and strong attention to detail.
