Salary: $158,000 - $182,000 CAD base + performance bonus + RRSP contributions

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end technical delivery of Adobe Experience Cloud solutions, including implementations, enhancements, integrations, and upgrades.
• Oversee platform operations, environments, releases, data flows, identity stitching, tagging, and cross-platform integrations.
• Manage incident response, root cause analysis, defect resolution, and platform health monitoring to meet SLAs.
• Establish governance frameworks for access control, data privacy, compliance, and change management.
• Coordinate with vendors like Adobe and system integrators; forecast technical capacity for marketing roadmaps.
• Lead and mentor MarTech developers, collaborate with marketing, data, and IT teams for cohesive execution.

Requirements

• Current work authorization for Canada required
• Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Cloud (AEP, AJO, Target, Launch, Analytics, AEM, Marketo)
• 5+ years in MarTech engineering or digital technology; 3+ years managing MarTech platforms
• Knowledge of CDPs, identity resolution, APIs, data pipelines, JavaScript, SQL, DevOps, CI/CD
• Experience with data governance, privacy, security standards
• University degree in Computer Science or equivalent; leadership and vendor management skills
