Location: Denver, CO — In-office Monday through Friday

Compensation: $80,000 - $100,000 / year

What you will do

  • Actively pursue revenue by selling services through channel partners to small/medium businesses.
  • Represent hirify.global from pre-sales to post-sales account management.
  • Prospect new business and sales opportunities via the partner channel.
  • Conduct sales presentations demonstrating voice and data solutions.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales objectives and build territory plans.
  • Provide high-standard customer service, handle escalations, and protect against churn.

Requirements

  • 1-3+ years in channel sales, direct/outside sales, or account management
  • Demonstrated track record in sales, partner-led sales, or executive relationship building.
  • Strong grasp of solution and value-based selling, preferably in enterprise business applications.
  • Superior oral/written communication and listening skills.
  • Strong teamwork skills for a matrixed environment.
