Salary: $90,000 - $125,000 per year

hirify.global is developing a satellite-to-mobile network to provide ubiquitous cellular connectivity worldwide via the Starlink constellation.

What you will do

  • Manage enterprise sales processes, including lead qualification and pre-sales discussions.
  • Own and implement specific sales process improvement projects to enable exponential growth.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across engineering, business, and regulatory teams.
  • Create compelling communication materials to support the company's position as an industry leader.
  • Support sales efforts through customer onsite visits, offsite meetings, and conferences.

Requirements

  • Must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident (green card holder), refugee, or asylee to conform to ITAR regulations.
  • Must be based in Hawthorne, CA (Onsite).
  • Bachelor’s degree in a STEM or business discipline.
  • 2+ years of enterprise sales, pre-sales engineering, operations, or telecommunications industry experience.
  • Willingness to travel and work extended hours or weekends to close sales opportunities.

Nice to have

  • Experience with NTN and satellite-based telecommunications.
  • Demonstrated track record of project ownership and analytical problem-solving.
  • Strong knowledge of Starlink’s network infrastructure and launch vehicles.
  • Experience influencing within a broader organization.
