Salary: $130,000 – $165,000

What you will do

• Develop and implement content operations strategies to support the licensed platform roadmap.
• Build scalable content ingestion pipelines and establish metadata standards including DDEX, ISRC, ISWC, and ISNI.
• Partner with Engineering and Product teams to prioritize tooling, automation, and technical roadmaps.
• Manage the end-to-end content supply chain from ingestion through distribution, ensuring quality and compliance.
• Serve as the primary operational contact for labels, publishers, and distributors.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop talent to build the content operations team.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in content operations, metadata management, or rights management within the music or entertainment industries.
• Deep understanding of music metadata standards and industry identifiers (DDEX, ISRC, ISWC, etc.).
• Must be eligible to work in the US.
• Experience managing relationships with major labels, publishers, or large content rightsholders.
• Proven ability to build operational processes from zero to one in startup or high-growth environments.
• Technical fluency, including troubleshooting data issues and writing basic queries.

Nice to have

• Background in publishing and/or royalty operations.
• Familiarity with AI-generated content workflows and emerging music creation technologies.
