Salary: $60,000 base + bonus and monthly commission

What you will do

• Conduct telemarketing and recruiting activities to increase the number of financial professionals doing business with the company.
• Manage and develop relationships with current and prospective financial professionals in the West Regional team.
• Generate daily appointments for field partners through proactive prospecting and lead follow-up.
• Develop sales ideas and provide illustration support for life insurance and annuity products.
• Act as a liaison between the field sales team and the home office.
• Track sales results, maintain databases, and provide weekly reporting on appointment activity.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Bachelor's Degree.
• FINRA Series 6 or 7 and Series 63 registrations required.
• Life insurance license required.
• 3-5 years of experience in sales and marketing of insurance products.
• Ability to work until 6:30 pm EST to support various U.S. time zones.

Nice to have

• Industry certifications such as CLU, ChFC, and/or CFP.
