TL;DR

Investment Consultant (Internal Wholesaler): Drive sales of hirify.global Mutual Funds, ETFs, SMAs, and Managed Accounts through phone, email, and virtual meetings in assigned regions with an accent on building advisor relationships and providing product support. Focus on meeting sales goals, prospecting new business, cross-selling products, and partnering with external wholesalers to develop opportunities.

Location: On-site in Minneapolis, MN a minimum of three days a week (Tuesday-Thursday).

Salary: $50,057 - $67,723 per year (base); target total comp $120K - $155K including incentives.

What you will do

  • Build and maintain relationships with financial advisors via phone, email, and virtual presentations.
  • Meet sales goals using phone contacts, emails, and conference calls while leveraging product knowledge.
  • Partner with external Regional Investment Consultants to develop sales opportunities in territories.
  • Provide inbound/outbound sales support, prospect new business, and cross-sell hirify.global products.
  • Produce illustrations, update advisors on materials, and share competitive intelligence.
  • Lead department projects and act as liaison for funds, firm, and marketing initiatives.

Requirements

  • FINRA Series 7 and 63/65 or 66 required (or pass SIE, Series 7, and 63/65 or 66 within 90 days; max 3 attempts for Series 7).
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 0-5 years sales experience, preferably in financial services.
  • Strong relationship management, time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to perform heavy daily phone work in a fast-paced, high call volume environment.
  • Proficiency with technology like Salesforce, Morningstar, Envestnet, and illustrations.
