Location: Remote (US, shifts within 8:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. CT)
Salary: $19.66 – $29.04 per hour, plus uncapped commission

What you will do
- Engage prospective and existing clients via inbound calls and outbound outreach to discuss retirement planning.
- Conduct needs-based conversations assessing retirement readiness, risk tolerance, and income goals.
- Recommend and educate on retirement solutions like annuities and investments aligned to client objectives.
- Build and maintain client relationships through consultative approaches and consistent follow-up.
- Manage sales pipeline, document interactions in CRM, and meet sales goals.
- Stay compliant with regulations and current on market trends and products.
Requirements
- Active Series 6 and 63 licenses required
- Active Life Insurance license required
- Minimum 3 years financial services or consultative sales experience, preferably in retirement planning.
- Proven remote relationship-building skills and pipeline management.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and business tools.
- Preference for IAR designation, Series 7, or willingness to obtain.
Nice to have
- Experience with educators or affinity markets.
- Inbound sales or call center experience.
- Familiarity with retirement income planning and annuities.
