Salary: $90,000 - 160,000

What you will do

• Analyze historical and projected financial information to value companies and complex securities.
• Develop and oversee detailed financial models, directing junior staff in their creation.
• Manage large data sets using Microsoft Excel and platforms like Capital IQ and Bloomberg.
• Present thorough valuation analyses to clients based on project scope.
• Lead and mentor junior staff to ensure work product quality and adherence to deadlines.
• Participate in business development activities, including client meetings and networking.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of prior valuation work experience, preferably with a national accounting or valuation firm.
• Experience leading the development of client-ready valuation deliverables.
• Legal right to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Significant progress toward an ASA designation or similar professional certification.
• Experience with Option Pricing Models (Black Scholes) or Monte Carlo simulation.
