Treasury Analyst (Real Estate)

Salary: $90,000–$100,000 per year, plus a short-term cash incentive program

What you will do

• Support daily cash management and fund flows across global flagship funds and more than 2,500 bank accounts.
• Prepare cash flow templates and initiate wire and ACH transactions through bank portals.
• Administer bank accounts, signatory changes, banking relationships, letters of credit, and related documentation.
• Support subscription credit facilities, borrowings, repayments, loan rollovers, interest reconciliations, and intercompany loans.
• Coordinate with fund administrators, bank loan administrators, internal stakeholders, and banking partners.
• Support foreign exchange hedging, treasury system improvements, audits, controls, analysis, and special projects.

Requirements

• 4+ years of total professional experience, including at least 2 years of relevant experience in treasury operations, banking, or fund finance.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, business, or a related discipline.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills and aptitude for working with financial data.
• Ability to design financial processes and controls, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Collaborative, proactive, dependable, and able to work with internal stakeholders and external banking partners.

Nice to have

• Experience in alternative asset management, private equity, real estate, banking, or corporate treasury.
• Experience with FIS Quantum and Broadridge Sentry.
• Experience with fund financing, treasury systems, or banking relationship management.
