Salary: $60,000 - $90,000

What you will do

• Project net investment income and real estate appreciation for quarterly and daily share price calculations.
• Oversee the import of client financial statements into accounting systems and supplemental Excel templates.
• Coordinate with appraisers and valuation committees to determine and adjust appreciation projections.
• Manage re-valuations for material events such as new leases, bankruptcies, or market shifts.
• Analyze variances and communicate final share price results to clients.
• Manage multiple engagements to ensure on-time delivery and mentor junior staff.

Requirements

• University degree in accounting from an accredited institution.
• Professional experience in commercial real estate accounting and valuation.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Chicago, IL office for a hybrid collaboration model.
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, and variance analysis using Excel.
• Experience with accounting systems such as Yardi, MRI, or JD Edwards.
• Proven supervisory and project management skills.

• CPA and/or MAI credentials.
