What you will do

• Manage valuation consulting, appraisal review, and financial due diligence assignments for institutional-grade portfolios.
• Lead financial analysis and valuation reviews using Excel and Argus Enterprise to prepare cash flow projections.
• Coordinate daily workflow and prioritize deliverables to ensure accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
• Provide guidance, coaching, and quality review support to Analysts and junior team members.
• Manage relationships and communication with institutional clients and third-party appraisers.
• Conduct market research and portfolio analysis to support valuation conclusions and reporting.

Requirements

• University degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related discipline.
• Professional experience in commercial real estate valuation, appraisal review, or asset management.
• High proficiency in Excel and strong working knowledge of Argus Enterprise.
• Must be based in New York and able to work onsite two days per week.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing deadlines.
• Proven communication skills for professional interaction with high-profile institutional clients.
