Salary: $250,000 – $300,000 per year

What you will do
- Lead the vision and evolution of clinical and digital care management offerings as a subject matter expert.
- Develop new approaches to clinical delivery using market data and patient analytics.
- Create comprehensive research packages and cultivate external partnerships and vendor relationships.
- Support growth teams by participating in prospective client meetings and sales opportunities.
- Guide rule development and clinical decision processes for implemented programs.
- Monitor and improve the performance of launched clinical programs within the specialty area.
Requirements
- Completed US-based residency program (General medical or surgical preferred).
- Board certification as an MD or DO with a current unrestricted US state license.
- 5+ years of clinical practice in Orthopedic Surgery, Spine Surgery, Pain Medicine, or PM&R.
- 5+ years of experience in managed care, clinical strategy at a health plan, or healthtech.
- Proven success in designing innovative clinical programs that drive value for payers.
- Executive presence and ability to communicate effectively with high-level partners and clients.
Nice to have
- MBA or advanced degree in a healthcare-related discipline.
