What you will do

• Act as the genomic and clinical expert for clinicians, hospitals, and academic institutions.
• Develop and maintain relationships with regional Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
• Deliver scientific presentations on genomics and the hirify.global product portfolio.
• Assist healthcare providers in implementing pre-test counseling and result interpretation.
• Gather and share client insights to improve internal genomic services.
• Partner with sales leadership to coach Account Executives and execute regional strategies.

Requirements

• Master's Degree in Genetic Counseling.
• 3+ years of experience in clinical/academic General Pediatrics or as a genetic counselor.
• Less than 2 years of experience in an MSL or similar industry role.
• Willingness to travel 60% of the time within the Eastern US.
• Strong public speaking and written communication skills.
