Salary: $145,000 - $180,000 a year

What you will do

• Lead discipline-specific design efforts and ensure coordinated, high-performance project delivery.
• Serve as a trusted technical advisor for clients, supporting strategic pursuits and shaping technical narratives.
• Mentor and coach engineers and designers through design reviews and actionable feedback.
• Improve firm-wide standards and workflows by contributing to discipline documentation and authoring Pull Requests via GitHub.
• Monitor project health, identify risks early, and maintain financial accountability regarding scope and profitability.

Requirements

• Must be eligible to work in the United States; the company is unable to sponsor visas.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in AEC or related professional services with strong discipline-specific capability.
• Demonstrated expertise in ICT, Network, and Wi-Fi disciplines.
• Proficiency in Autodesk (AutoCAD, Revit), Bluebeam Studio, and GitHub.

Nice to have

• RCDD (Telecom/ICT) certification.
• PE or EIT certifications.
• CCNA or CDT certifications.
• PMP certification.
