Salary: $95,000–$120,000 per year

What you will do

• Manage a team of engineers to create and execute security system designs for government contracts.
• Oversee project implementation to ensure quality assurance and adherence to stringent standards.
• Lead bid and proposal efforts, guiding the team through the process.
• Direct systems verification and product/integration testing processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Technology, or 6+ years of experience in electronic/security system design.
• At least 5 years of experience in IT systems, security solutions, fiber optics, or electrical technical fields.
• Minimum 3 years of specific experience in system design.
• Proficiency in technical writing for Statements of Work (SOW), technical upgrades, and bid proposals.
• Current US Citizenship is required for government security investigation eligibility.
• Valid driver's license and previous supervisory experience.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Visio and AutoCAD.
• Experience with Network Analyzers and OTDR.
• Familiarity with network infrastructure, configuration, and IP camera installation.
