What you will do

• Lead designs for DDC and PLC programmable controller-based control systems across multiple projects.
• Develop controls network and system architecture, integrating IT/OT requirements to match application needs.
• Select instrumentation, sensors, and actuators, and create detailed Bill of Materials (BOMs).
• Create and review project specifications and sequence of operations.
• Manage construction deliverables, including AE design drawings, shop drawings, and O&M manuals.
• Collaborate with MEP/ICT engineers and client IT departments to ensure secure system integration.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a project lead for BAS/EPMS designs for a systems integrator or AE consultant.
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of open-source protocols (BACnet, Modbus, SNMP) and DDC systems (Distech, Honeywell, Tridium Niagara).
• Experience with PLC systems, specifically Schneider Electric and Allen Bradley.
• Must be based in the United States.
