What you will do

• Work with internal and external engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to lead bug fixes and solutions for products.
• Align with Product Managers to coordinate fixes and guide engineering teams on partner limitations.
• Resolve issues directly with enterprise customers' leadership and serve as technical representative.
• Occasionally build new features for internal or external use.
• Mentor junior and mid-level peers and maintain documentation.
• Monitor services to ensure product usability for partners.

Requirements

• 5+ years full-stack software development experience (Python, Go, or TypeScript preferred)
• Strong communication skills to explain technical issues to diverse audiences
• Experience with microservice architecture, debugging, and handling multiple issues
• Understanding of insurance, fintech, or B2B SaaS models valued
• Comfortable with ambiguity, high-pressure situations, and customer-facing interactions
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent (Computer Science preferred)

Nice to have

• Experience with policy administration, underwriting, or actuarial concepts
