Location: Hybrid or remote (dependent on location)

Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 annual

What you will do

  • Act as lead strategist for flagship account, integrating SEO, CRO, and CRM initiatives to drive growth KPIs.
  • Provide consultative partnership, identifying user journey gaps and proposing innovative digital solutions.
  • Orchestrate communication between client stakeholders and internal specialists for cohesive execution.
  • Drive website roadmap for technical health, organic search visibility, and conversion rate optimization.
  • Refine CRM strategy for data-driven personalization and seamless web-to-lead nurturing handoffs.
  • Oversee full-cycle project management using Wrike, including planning, resourcing, and delivery of large-scale website projects.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of account management experience in digital marketing or web agency, managing high-revenue or enterprise clients
  • Strong understanding of website lifecycle, SEO best practices, technical web requirements, and UX/UI impact on user journey
  • Proven strategic mindset with ability to discuss LTV, conversion funnels, and data integration
  • Experience with CRM platforms and their integration with web properties
  • Expert project leadership for cross-functional teams and complex timelines
  • Exceptional presentation, interpersonal skills, and proactive energy
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related technical field
