Location: Distributed US workforce across basecamps in Missoula MT, Bozeman MT, Austin TX, Denver CO, Kalispell MT, Minneapolis MN, Portland OR, Salt Lake City UT, Seattle WA. Permanent US work authorization required. Ability to travel monthly for partner meetings and quarterly to corporate offices.
Salary: $128,000 - $150,000

What you will do
- Serve as primary marketing contact for partners, building senior-level relationships and representing marketing in deal formation.
- Lead co-marketing strategies tailored to verticals (Hunt, Offroad, Fish, Backcountry), identifying new channels like retail, events, and non-profits.
- Develop partnerships playbook, tiered frameworks, and scalable workflows for repeatable acquisition.
- Own end-to-end project management for initiatives, coordinating across internal teams and enforcing brand guidelines.
- Act as creative multiplier, routing partner insights to acquisition, growth, and product teams while embedding AI in workflows.
Requirements
- Bachelor's in Marketing, Communications, Business or equivalent.
- 8+ years in partnerships/brand/integrated marketing, 2-3 years managing external partner relationships.
- Proven end-to-end co-marketing execution with results; strong strategic voice in senior discussions.
- Exceptional project management for complex multi-stakeholder initiatives.
- Comfort in ambiguity, building playbooks and frameworks; curiosity for new tech like AI.
- Share passion for values; ability to travel monthly/quarterly.
Nice to have
- Experience with outdoor/automotive/lifestyle brands, hunting/fishing/skiing/overlanding culture.
- Background in sponsorships, experiential activations, events.
- Familiarity with first-party data, audience segmentation, agency management.
- Existing relationships in automotive/outdoor retail/gear/media ecosystems.
