What you will do

• Coordinate production operators on assembly lines to meet daily output targets.
• Act as the first point of escalation for production issues, downtime, and material shortages.
• Lead shift start-up meetings and ensure smooth handoffs between shifts.
• Enforce safety policies, including lockout/tagout and PPE requirements.
• Track and report shift-level performance metrics like throughput and scrap.
• Collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams to resolve equipment issues.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• At least 1 year of experience in a lead, trainer, or informal leadership role.
• Hands-on experience with assembly lines, preferably in electronics or server manufacturing.
• Comfort working with automated, robotic, or semi-automated production systems.
• Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with MES or ERP systems and production tracking tools.
• Basic knowledge of Lean principles such as 5S and waste reduction.
