Chief of Staff (Fintech/AI)

What you will do

• Partner with the CEO, co-founder, and C-level leaders on strategy, planning cycles, and high-impact initiatives.
• Build investor materials, board decks, performance updates, dashboards, and strategic presentations.
• Translate company performance, KPIs, and business insights into clear narratives for executives and investors.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and business deep-dives to support decision-making.
• Manage the CEO’s agenda and prepare briefing materials, meeting agendas, and follow-ups.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects across Product, Engineering, Finance, and Operations while tracking risks, decisions, and action items.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from a top-tier university or equivalent academic background.
• 0–2 years of consulting experience, or exceptional recent-graduate credentials with strong academic and leadership records.
• Strong analytical skills, including experience with dashboards, financial models, or data-driven reports.
• Excellent communication, presentation, organization, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent English is required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
