What you will do

• Supervise, coach, and develop production teams across shifts, assigning tasks and monitoring performance.
• Manage production schedules, labor, materials, and equipment to meet throughput goals and resolve bottlenecks.
• Coordinate with engineering, maintenance, and buyers to address production issues.
• Enforce safety policies, conduct audits, and promote safety culture.
• Ensure quality standards, train on procedures, and partner with Quality teams on defects.
• Drive continuous improvement through Lean, 5S, Kaizen, and process changes.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in manufacturing, assembly, or production
• 1+ years leadership or supervisory experience
• Strong knowledge of safety, quality, and production processes
• Ability to lead in fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systems
• Ability to stand long periods, lift 40 lbs, work overtime/weekends

Nice to have

• Experience with Lean Manufacturing, 5S, or continuous improvement
• Background in CNC programming, machining, metal fabrication, or machine shop
