Salary: $150,000 - $190,000 USD

What you will do

• Provide overall leadership for the production and training teams of approximately 250 associates.
• Maintain full accountability for Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) performance and proactive risk mitigation.
• Execute lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and reduce waste.
• Develop and execute manufacturing strategies aligned with business growth and corporate objectives.
• Lead new product introductions, ensuring execution excellence and successful ramp-up.
• Coach and develop frontline leaders to strengthen leadership capability and engagement across the site.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (Engineering or Business preferred).
• 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated success leading managers and frontline leaders in a production setting.
• Strong track record of meeting production, safety, quality, and cost objectives.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and manufacturing-related computer systems.
• Must be based in or be able to work onsite in New London, NC

Nice to have

• Experience leading multi-process manufacturing operations (e.g., PE, PVC, extrusion).
• Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement certification (Six Sigma, Kaizen).
• Strong change management and communication skills.
