What you will do

• Lead on-floor production of USVs, managing daily harness, hull, and deck assembly and final testing.
• Ensure safety, quality, and productivity objectives are met using lean manufacturing practices.
• Perform in-process quality checks and visual inspections, recording results via ISPC sheets.
• Manage critical equipment, tools, and chemical storage processes.
• Contribute to new model design reviews and the prototyping of new products and processes.
• Oversee team performance reviews and adherence to HR policies.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing Supervisor, Team Leader, or Manager role.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documentation and assembly diagrams.
• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing and familiarity with OSHA standards.
• Proof of U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residence (required for ITAR/EAR compliance).
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft solutions and ERP systems.

Nice to have

• 5-10+ years of experience in boat manufacturing or a similar manufacturing environment.
