Composites Leader (USV Manufacturing): Responsible for production of USV fiberglass components using composite infusion processes with an accent on team leadership, safety protocols, and quality assurance. Location: Onsite at Blue Ops in Valdosta, GA. Must provide proof of U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residence (ITAR/EAR restrictions, no sponsorship).

What you will do

• Lead a team on the production floor, producing USVs daily while meeting safety, quality, delivery, and productivity goals.
• Plan, prepare, and execute composite infusion processes for fiberglass components, including loading, bagging, and infusing parts.
• Manage tooling, resin rigs, equipment, material handling, and chemical storage.
• Conduct in-process quality checks, complete ISPC sheets, and participate in design reviews and prototyping.
• Lead safety initiatives, team meetings, and continuous improvement efforts.
• Handle performance reviews and HR policies.

Requirements

• U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident required (ITAR/EAR compliance, no sponsorship).
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 3-5 years in manufacturing Supervisor, Team Leader, or Manager role; 5-10+ years in lamination or similar environment preferred.
• Strong understanding of infusion processes, safe chemical handling, OSHA practices.
• Ability to read technical documentation, use Microsoft tools and ERP systems.
• Excellent communication, attention to detail; ability to lift 25 lbs, work in fast-paced environment with physical demands.
