What you will do

• Own and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) including on-time delivery, first-pass yield, and cost efficiency.
• Oversee daily production activities to ensure safe and efficient execution in alignment with schedules.
• Lead and develop a cross-functional team comprising production, quality, materials, and maintenance.
• Collaborate with Planning and Materials teams to optimize labor deployment and balance workflow.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions using Pareto and A3 problem-solving tools.
• Champion Lean manufacturing initiatives such as 5S, Kaizen, and Value Stream Mapping (VSM).

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work 100% onsite in Jacksonville, FL.
• 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing leadership (e.g., Production Supervisor or Value Stream Lead).
• Proven track record of improving operational KPIs and driving cost-saving initiatives.
• Hands-on experience in Lean manufacturing and production workflow optimization.
• Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems (Infor Syteline preferred), Tableau, and Microsoft Office.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field (preferred).

Nice to have

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher certification.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• APICS or CPIM certifications.
