What you will do

  • Build and maintain workforce dashboards in Rippling and Google Sheets tracking headcount, attrition, and compensation trends.
  • Translate people data into actionable recommendations for workforce cost analysis and compensation benchmarking.
  • Own Rippling HRIS integrity, including workhirify.global configuration, troubleshooting, and process automation.
  • Manage the full employee lifecycle from offer acceptance through offboarding.
  • Coordinate immigration-related processes and visa renewals as the primary liaison to outside counsel.
  • Champion office culture and employee experience by organizing team events in the NYC office.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, HR, or a related field.
  • 3-5+ years of experience in people analytics, HR operations, or a data-heavy generalist role.
  • Strong proficiency in spreadsheet modeling and experience with Rippling or comparable HRIS.
  • Ability to leverage AI tools to improve HR processes, reporting, and decision-making.
  • Must be based in and work on-site from the New York office.
