Salary: $96,000 - $135,000

What you will do

• Lead SaaS and on-premise implementations, configuring cloud instances and installing on customer infrastructure.
• Manage and troubleshoot Windows Server, IIS, and SQL Server for resilience and high availability.
• Develop PowerShell scripts for automating data imports, deployments, and system health checks.
• Configure Microsoft Entra ID/LDAP syncs, SAML/SSO authentications, and REST API integrations with JSON payloads.
• Execute SQL queries for data validation, mapping, and integrity checks during migrations.
• Advise client IT leads on security hardening, best practices, and maintenance.

Requirements

• Proficiency in English and French mandatory for working with bilingual clients.
• 4–7 years in systems administration, implementation, or field engineering.
• Advanced Windows Server administration (registry, services, GMSA, security policies).
• IIS management (web sites, app pools, SSL/TLS certificates).
• SQL Server familiarity (queries, backups, restores; Availability Groups preferred).
• PowerShell proficiency for automation and APIs; JSON, REST APIs, Entra ID/SSO experience.
• Consultative mindset, conflict resolution, communication, and ownership under pressure.

Nice to have

• Hands-on Python experience.
• French bilingual skills (highly desirable).
