What you will do

• Manage lab asset inventories using structured tracking systems for accuracy and traceability.
• Install, configure, and upgrade lab hardware and systems to meet project needs.
• Maintain lab equipment and environments, ensuring reliable operation and cleanliness standards.
• Coordinate facilities activities including power, cooling, and space utilization.
• Deploy and manage software on lab systems with correct configuration and integration.
• Automate routine tasks through scripting to improve efficiency.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues in the lab.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in asset tracking and inventory management in a technical lab environment.
• Experience with hardware installation, configuration, and lab equipment maintenance.
• Background in maintaining network infrastructures in lab settings.
• Utilization of scripting for automating operational tasks.
• Experience with software deployments and configurations on lab systems.
• Demonstrated troubleshooting of complex hardware, software, and network issues.
• Facilities-related tasks and project management principles for lab initiatives.
• Producing technical documentation, procedures, and user guides.
• Customer-focused interaction with internal stakeholders.
