Location: Hybrid work in central London office (walking distance from Bank Station & London Bridge)

What you will do
- Lead and inspire a high-performance ADR team, fostering motivation and career growth.
- Manage and develop ADRs through coaching, enablement, and AE-readiness training.
- Drive EMEA pipeline targets via meetings, opportunities, and conversions.
- Collaborate with AEs, Marketing, and RevOps for territory coverage and lead conversion.
- Execute playbooks, conduct call reviews, and implement data-driven improvements.
- Champion tools like Salesforce, Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Requirements
- 3+ years management experience leading ADR/BDR/SDR or inside sales teams in tech/SaaS.
- Proven success building and scaling high-performance ADR teams.
- Strong background in coaching, enablement, and AE readiness.
- Experience at playbook-driven companies highly valuable.
- Fluent in English; German, Arabic, or Spanish beneficial.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and process optimization skills.
