TL;DR

Manager, Account Development (SaaS): Lead a team of Account Development Representatives generating qualified meetings for Account Executives in corporate sales with an accent on prospecting, coaching, and outbound campaigns. Focus on scaling a European ADR team, data-driven decisions, and fostering sales excellence in API/DevOps space.

Location: London, UK (in office 5 days a week)

What you will do

  • Lead, recruit, train, and coach a world-class Account Development team on sales skills like account research, prospecting, cold calling, and discovery.
  • Leverage data for business decisions aligned with go-to-market strategy and provide accurate sales forecasts in CRM tools.
  • Develop sales processes, sequences, outbound campaigns, and methodologies like MEDDIC.
  • Educate team on API lifecycle and hirify.global value to navigate corporate decision-makers.
  • Foster inclusion, sales excellence, and collaboration with Sales Ops, Marketing, and cross-functional leaders.
  • Motivate ADRs to exceed goals through coaching and incentives.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years leading ADR/SDR/BDR sales team in SaaS environment
  • Experience in API/Software Development/DevOps space strongly preferred
  • Proven ability to create/iterate sales processes, methodologies (MEDDIC, Sandler, etc.), campaigns, hiring profiles
  • Excellent communication skills; comfortable with Salesforce and technology stack
  • Strong track record navigating large corporate and mid-market organizations
  • Positive attitude viewing challenges as learning opportunities
