What you will do

• Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of audit management tools, specifically AuditBoard (Optro).
• Conduct stakeholder interviews to identify pain points and develop implementation roadmaps and project timelines.
• Configure tool workflows, define user roles, and customize audit templates and reporting outputs.
• Manage the migration of historical audit records and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Develop training materials and conduct onboarding sessions to facilitate team adoption of new tools.
• Support Grantee Audit and Assurance by supervising daily workflows and tracking project deliverables.

Requirements

• Bachelor or Advanced degree in Accounting, Management, or a related field.
• Experience in systems implementation, configuration, or business process design.
• Proficiency in database design and tailoring, preferably with AuditBoard/Optro or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with internal controls, risk assessment practices, and audit methodologies.
• Must be based in Seattle, WA (relocation not provided).
• Must have unrestricted US work authorization (no sponsorship available).
