Location: Remote (United States)

Salary: $90,000 – $100,000

What you will do

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define system needs, project scope, and business goals.
  • Evaluate existing HRIS and payroll systems and recommend optimization strategies through gap analysis.
  • Translate business requirements into technical solutions using process mapping and data modeling.
  • Lead the configuration, testing, and rollout of new HRIS modules and system updates.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients during implementations and upgrades.
  • Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide end-user training and documentation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience working with HRIS and/or Payroll systems implementation and support.
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Experience creating system documentation, workflows, and functional specifications.
  • Familiarity with industry compliance requirements such as FLSA and ACA.

Nice to have

  • Experience with the Rippling HCM platform.
