Salary: $56,000 – $90,000

What you will do
- Execute real-time operational fixes and respond to staffing gaps or system challenges during AP Reading events.
- Monitor Reader participation and workforce attendance across onsite and remote environments.
- Build and maintain dashboards, trackers, and reports to analyze scoring throughput and pacing.
- Oversee the certification and technical delivery of AP Exams, ensuring they meet strict specifications.
- Manage and audit large datasets to safeguard exam integrity and coordinate vendor hand-offs.
- Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) documentation for continuous process improvement.
Requirements
- Authorization to work in the United States for any employer.
- Ability to travel 3-5 times a year to College Board offices or for business needs.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Smartsheet.
- Proven ability to audit, validate, and manage large datasets under tight deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to perform decisively in fast-paced environments.
