What you will do

• Drive and manage new customer implementations from start to finish, including data requirements gathering and technical configuration.
• Act as the primary technical point of contact for new customers deploying the platform or expanding functionality.
• Guide government leaders through the implementation process and empower them to become successful administrators.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to simplify, enhance, and automate existing customer workflows.
• Develop and leverage best practices for various data environments and customer verticals to improve implementation efficiency.
• Communicate customer feedback and feature requests to the product team to ensure the solution remains competitive.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in software implementation consulting or similar client-facing roles.
• Experience analyzing and reporting large volumes of financial and operational data.
• Knowledge of government operational concepts and practices.
• Strong Excel skills, including v-lookup, pivot tables, and complex formulas.
• Must be based in Chicago, IL for on-site work.

Nice to have

• Experience with ETL tools, ETL report creation, macros, and Visual Basic.
