Salary: $120,000 - $125,000 USD

What you will do

• Onboard customers and drive adoption, retention, and satisfaction with the hirify.global platform.
• Educate users on best practices and conduct hands-on workshops on new product features.
• Guide customers in applying AI/ML and Gen AI to their specific business use cases.
• Collaborate with Account Executives and Sales Engineers to identify expansion opportunities.
• Document adoption status to inform internal forecasting and renewals.
• Share customer success stories in collaboration with marketing teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related technical field.
• 4+ years of experience in sales engineering, technical consulting, or data science.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Strong presentation skills for both business and technical stakeholders.
• Ability to build and operate communities of practice.
• Proficiency in tailoring technical messaging for both no-code and high-code users.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with SQL, Python, R, and Kubernetes.
• Certifications: hirify.global advanced designer, Snowflake SnowPro Core, or Databricks Business Analyst.
• Experience in the Analytics/AI or enterprise software domain.
• Public speaking experience.
