What you will do

• Develop face designs from initial concept through to production readiness.
• Hand-paint faces with high precision regarding symmetry, sizing, and color application.
• Create digital face designs modified for manufacturing and production feasibility.
• Execute specialty paint applications, including glitter and color-change effects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional design, engineering, and global production teams.
• Generate detailed technical specifications and paint master release packets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in an artistic field.
• Proficiency in at least two of the following: Autodesk Maya, Adobe Photoshop, or Adobe Illustrator.
• Strong understanding of facial design, proportions, and character expression.
• Experience in an artistic design capacity with 3D/digital design capabilities.
• Ability to travel approximately 20%.
• Must be based in El Segundo, California.
