Sr. Designer (Fashion & Accessories): Leading the creative development of apparel and fashion accessories for world-class IPs with an accent on trend forecasting, technical design, and brand consistency. Location: Hybrid (Universal City, California) — requires contributing from the office a minimum of four days per week.
Salary: $90,000 - $105,000 yearly

What you will do
- Develop innovative product concepts for apparel and accessories by synthesizing current streetwear and luxury market trends.
- Translate macro and micro fashion trends into cohesive seasonal storytelling and product lines.
- Provide technical design feedback to licensees regarding textiles, specialty construction, and graphic placement.
- Expand and adapt brand style guides for complex garment and accessory constructions.
- Manage creative workflows and review licensee submissions to ensure a balance between fashion and IP consistency.
- Collaborate with Category Management, Legal, and Franchise teams to deliver competitive products to market.
Requirements
- 4+ years of senior-level design experience in the fashion industry (apparel, bags, footwear).
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Deep understanding of Fashion Tech Packs and ability to translate 2D graphics into 3D garment constructions.
- Expertise in fabric properties, washes, and embellishment techniques.
- Professional portfolio demonstrating a track record of blending fashion trends with character-based IPs.
- Must be based in or able to work from the Universal City, CA office.
