TL;DR

Focus on verifying order details, resolving discrepancies, tracking provisioning status, and driving process improvements through data analysis and cross-functional collaboration.

Location: Opportunity to be based in Tempe, AZ or Austin, TX office

What you will do

  • Serve as front-line support for post-sales requests, processing customer service orders accurately into systems.
  • Verify order information like product availability, pricing, billing, and shipping, coordinating resolutions with teams.
  • Track provisioning status, follow up on issues, and update stakeholders across Sales and CX.
  • Analyze order data for discrepancies, trends, and bottlenecks to enable process improvements.
  • Prepare reports on order volumes, cycle times, and risks; ensure compliance and high data quality.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Finance, AR, and Billing for smooth handoffs; improve documentation and processes.

Requirements

  • 1+ years in Deal Desk, Order Desk, Sales Operations or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent written/verbal communication
  • Proven ability to manage priorities in dynamic environments with organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Experience building relationships with cross-functional partners like Sales and Finance
  • Comfort with tools/systems; Salesforce or CRM experience preferred

Nice to have

  • Operations, order processing, billing, or revenue operations experience
  • CPQ experience
