What you will do

• Handle complex billing scenarios, escalations, and exception cases beyond standard playbooks.
• Oversee day-to-day billing operations across multiple outsourced BPO partner teams.
• Align operational reality with new agent workflows and billing automations being shipped by the Product team.
• Own knowledge management in Guru and maintain current, actionable SOPs for internal and BPO staff.
• Maintain thorough, defensible records to ensure audit readiness for every billing decision.

Requirements

• 1+ year of direct experience working with or managing outsourced (BPO) teams.
• Expert-level knowledge of provider billing practices and exception handling.
• Must be based in the United States.

• Hands-on experience with litigation services, deposition billing, or court reporter provider workflows.
