Test & Evaluation Specialist III

Location: Fort Huachuca, Arizona, United States; contractor onsite with up to 40% travel within the continental United States

Provides support for critical national-level defense programs involving information technology and national security systems.

What you will do

• Design, develop, and document program test and evaluation strategies, analysis structures, data source matrices, and evaluation frameworks.
• Create test plans, operational testing scenarios, scripts, strategic briefings, and readiness review materials.
• Conduct and oversee developmental, operational, interoperability, and standards conformance test events using manual methods and automated tools.
• Collect, manage, and analyze test data to evaluate operational impact and coverage of key performance parameters.
• Present test plans, reports, conclusions, and recommendations to stakeholders and participate in working groups and meetings.
• Prepare monthly status reports and meeting minutes; senior-level work may include directing others and managing test assets and resources.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in a relevant technical field, or a bachelor’s degree with at least 6 years of relevant experience, or 10 years of relevant experience.
• IAT Level II certification, such as CompTIA Security+, or an equivalent certification under DoW 8140.01, including CCNA, CISSP, or RHCS.
• Must have and maintain a Top Secret clearance with the ability to obtain SCI access and must be cleared to start; passing a polygraph is required.
• Experience with test and evaluation processes, requirements analysis, technical writing, data analysis, and reporting.
• Hands-on experience with Key Management Infrastructure, cryptographic devices, and Communications Security.
• Knowledge of military intelligence and ISR systems, plus proficiency with Microsoft Office, databases, and technical specifications.
