What you will do

• Oversee output delivered to clients across all contact points and ensure alignment with their growth vision.
• Engage stakeholders across agency, client, and industry to drive vision collaboration and build client roadmaps in media, data, digital, and effectiveness.
• Identify and convert growth opportunities, including new commercial models and product development.
• Manage client profitability, operational issues, and forecasting with commercial and matrix teams.
• Lead mid-size pitches and proactively seek new business through personal and industry contacts.

Requirements

• Right to work in the UK required.
• Advanced client leadership experience with deep understanding of agency operations, client business, category, and industry.
• Expert problem-solving using data and insights, acting independently with stakeholder engagement.
• Proven building and maintaining senior stakeholder relationships, advising on complex challenges.
• Effective communication skills for internal and external audiences, tailoring data delivery.
