What you will do
- Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers and identify new business opportunities
- Prepare commercial offers, negotiate and finalize contracts in collaboration with Sales and Key Account Managers
- Promote products and services to achieve individual and team sales targets
- Enter, update, and ensure accuracy of data in Salesforce, CRM, Excel, and other tools
- Support reporting, data extraction for business insights, and compliance with data quality procedures
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, HR, Finance, Operations) and participate in team meetings for process improvement
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales/account management
- Minimum 2 years of experience working with data (CRM, Excel, databases)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage large volumes of data
- Basic to intermediate understanding of business processes and reporting
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business, Economics, or related fields)
Nice to have
- Previous experience in commercial and/or operational roles
- Experience working with digital tools and data platforms
